Equitas is proud to be working with an inclusive and nurturing School in Ilford that is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

The Role:This full-time SEN Teacher position will see you working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, either within a designated SEN provision or through in-class support across the school. Your role will involve:
- Planning and delivering personalised learning programmes
- Teaching pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASD), Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Learning Difficulties (LD) and Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD)
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to suit individual EHCP targets
- Working closely with the SENCO, support staff, and families to provide consistent and holistic support
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
You should be confident in behaviour management, skilled in differentiation, and passionate about inclusive education.
