SEN Teacher – The Role:

This full-time SEN Teacher position will see you working with pupils with a range of special educational needs, either within a designated SEN provision or through in-class support across the school. Your role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering personalised learning programmes
  • Teaching pupils with a variety of needs, including Autism (ASD), Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Learning Difficulties (LD) and Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD)
  • Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to suit individual EHCP targets
  • Working closely with the SENCO, support staff, and families to provide consistent and holistic support
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

You should be confident in behaviour management, skilled in differentiation, and passionate about inclusive education.
