Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the school reception, telephone calls and general enquiries
- Managing the school’s admin inbox and responding/forwarding enquiries
- Monitoring and maintaining pupil attendance registers
- Liaising with parents/carers regarding absences and late arrivals
- Updating pupil records and databases
- Supporting SEN and Data Leads with administration
Must have experience with SIMS or another school MIS/database.
