We are looking for a Data Administrator Lead.

Role: Data Administrator Lead

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Reports to: Head of Operations & Strategy

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate pupil data across the Federation
  • Taking ownership of SIMS and ensuring pupil records are accurate and up to date
  • Managing admissions, transfers, leavers and pupil records
  • Setting up new academic years and managing pupil data changes
  • Managing Free School Meal and Pupil Premium data
  • Maintaining assessment and reporting systems
  • Producing pupil reports and data reports for SLT, Governors and staff
  • Managing statutory data returns, including the School Census
