We are looking for a Data Administrator Lead.
Role: Data Administrator Lead
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, 41 weeks per year
Reports to: Head of Operations & Strategy
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate pupil data across the Federation
- Taking ownership of SIMS and ensuring pupil records are accurate and up to date
- Managing admissions, transfers, leavers and pupil records
- Setting up new academic years and managing pupil data changes
- Managing Free School Meal and Pupil Premium data
- Maintaining assessment and reporting systems
- Producing pupil reports and data reports for SLT, Governors and staff
- Managing statutory data returns, including the School Census
