HEAD OF OPERATIONS – UK REMOTE Our client is a fast-growing, technology-led business entering an exciting new phase of development. As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Head of Operations to take ownership of the operational agenda and help build the structure, processes and ways of working required to support the next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to how the business operates. The Head of Operations will take ownership of business-wide operational effectiveness, working closely with the senior leadership team. Enhancing the use of operational metrics, data and reporting • Working cross-functionally across commercial, sales, technology and other key areas • Supporting the next stage of organisational development and growth • The successful candidate will be expected to identify opportunities, develop practical solutions and drive implementation through to completion. Be operating at Head of Operations level, or be an ambitious step-up candidate with comparable cross-functional ownership • Have experience leading Operations, Business Operations or a similar business-wide function • Ideally have experience within a technology-led or fast-growth business • Be comfortable working across commercial and technical functions • Be confident using data, metrics and business reporting to support decision-making • Candidates below Head of Operations level will also be considered where they have demonstrated meaningful ownership of a comparable remit and are ready to take on broader responsibility. There is genuine scope for the successful candidate to develop into a Director of Operations role over time. UK-based and fully remote, with access to a London office. Office attendance is flexible, although some face-to-face interaction will be encouraged.
