We’re looking for an experienced NetSuite Project Manager to lead an internal implementation of NetSuite ERP on a 6-9 month contract. You’ll be the key point of contact between the business and the external system integrator (SI), while also managing internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and compliance. This is a hands-on role for someone confident navigating ERP projects in fast-paced, global environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the internal project lead for the NetSuite ERP implementation.
  • Own the relationship with the SI, driving timelines, deliverables, and accountability.
  • Coordinate internal teams to gather requirements, test functionality, and manage change.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements and workflows.
  • Champion best practices across configuration, data migration, and user adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite’s core finance, reporting, and workflow capabilities.
  • Experience managing SIs and working in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business teams.
