We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a high profile retail organisation currently going through an exciting period of transformation. This hands-on role will play a key part in strengthening our direct sourcing capability, improving recruitment processes, maximising their ATS technology, and supporting hiring across multiple business functions and regions. This role will be an initial 6-month contract paying £300 p/d inside IR35.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead direct sourcing activity across multiple functions across EMEA, Oceania and South Pacific
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other talent platforms
  • Review current recruitment processes and identify opportunities to improve
  • Build strong relationships across HR, Marketing, Operations, Commercial and Legal teams
  • Support the optimisation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules

Key Experience:

  • Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience with proven direct sourcing experience
  • Experience working within complex global environments
  • Experience using SuccessFactors Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter and Hirevue
  • Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous
