We're currently working alongside a leading Manufacturing business in their search for an Interim RCAM Enterprise Transformation Director. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the London office.
Our client is looking for this person to drive delivery of the RCAM enterprise transformation, which includes:
- RCAM functional transformation
- Programme governance
- Enterprise operating model & BAU integration
- Capability and culture enablement
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong understanding of enterprise risk management, internal control frameworks, assurance and resilience
- Have significant experience operating in complex, global organisations
- Have experience within regulatory-driven change
- Have experience transitioning operating models from design to BAU
- Have experience with assurance operating models and control testing approaches
- Be available at short notice
- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management
