We're currently working alongside a leading PE-backed Hospitality & Leisure business in their search for an Interim Junior Finance Analyst. The role will run for an initial 10 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week in the London office.
Our client is looking for this person to manage the on-going reporting of payroll and labour forecasting. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing payroll and labour forecasting
- Worked in a seasonal business with a large frontline / contingent workforce
- Experience in Hospitality / Leisure / Entertainment / Retail
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Be available at short notice
