We're currently working with a leading organisation in their search for an Interim HR Manager. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week in the office.
Our client is looking for someone who is very strong from an Employment Rights perspective to review the current structure of the team and the policies that are in place, make recommendations on how they can achieve quick wins and a long term structure that works for the business.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be very strong from an ER and Employment Law perspective
- Be high energy
- Be able to hit the ground running and make real impact
- Coach and mentor the team
- Be available at short notice
- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills
