We are hiring Associate Consultants to join our Executive Search team at both EquiTalent and Hansen Filler. These roles are suited to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in demanding environments and are motivated to build genuine commercial and business development capability.
The position will initially be research-focused, providing a structured grounding across markets, organisations, and senior leadership talent. This is a deliberate entry point and an essential foundation, prior to progressing into client facing business development roles.
Initial responsibilities:- Researching and mapping senior leadership markets/talent
- Supporting retained executive search assignments
- Engaging with senior candidates and developing market insight
- Building a strong understanding of sectors, clients, and ownership structures
- Contributing to winning and delivering search mandates
- Building relationships with private equity–backed and listed businesses
- Taking increasing ownership of assignments
- Graduates or early-career professionals with exceptional achievement in areas such as sport, music, academia, or other highly demanding fields
- Individuals with early sales or commercial experience looking to transition into executive search
- People who are resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with accountability
- Those interested in business, who are motivated by gaining exposure to a range of high profile organisations.
