The Role
This is a newly created, global leadership role with end-to-end accountability for defining, building and scaling a unified membership and loyalty strategy across all markets. Reporting into senior leadership, the Membership & Loyalty Director will own strategy, commercial performance and execution of a data-led loyalty ecosystem that drives engagement, retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global membership and loyalty strategy
- Design and launch a group-wide framework covering products, benefits, pricing and engagement
- Own global KPIs across acquisition, retention, LTV and revenue contribution
- Full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Leverage CRM, data and analytics to deliver personalisation at scale
- Establish global governance while enabling strong local execution
- Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-regional team
- Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, Technology and Finance
About You
- Senior leadership experience in loyalty, membership or CRM within consumer-facing sectors
- Proven track record of scaling large-scale loyalty or membership programmes
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
- Deep understanding of data-led marketing and customer lifecycle management
- Experience leading complex, international teams
