We're currently working alongside a leading Private Equity backed business in their search for an Interim Transformation Project Manager. The initial contract will run until the end of 2025, with the view to extend after this time. The role will be carried out on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days per week in the office.
Our client has recently acquired three new businesses and they are looking for this person to manage the migration of these companies onto a new ERP system, whilst also managing aspects of people change, TUPE, and contract consolidation - with the support of a 3rd party HR consultancy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience migrating businesses onto a new ERP system within an Integration programme (ideally Microsoft Nav).
- Experience managing aspects of people change, TUPE and contract consolidation.
- A hands on and delivery focussed approach to transformation, migration and integration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work across multiple functional areas.
