Interim Transformation Director β Day Rate (Outside IR35)
We\βre currently partnering with a leading PE-backed organisation in their search for an Interim Transformation Director. The role will run for an initial 6-9 month period and operate on a hybrid working basis 3 days per week in the London office.
Our client is looking for this person to lead the end-to-end delivery of the new target operating model across the business, implementing the change management framework, leading cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a track record of end-to-end TOM implementation
- Be delivery focussed and hands on
- Have exceptional stakeholder management experience
- Prior experience working in a Private Equity backed company
- Have led operational efficiency / cost optimisation initiatives
