We're currently working alongside a leading PE-backed company in their search for an Interim Transformation Analyst. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the London office.
Our client is looking for this person to be the primary finance super-user for their change programmes. You will maintain the transformation platform, lead system configuration and train stakeholders on finance processes. You will analyse performance data, produce management reports and assemble packs with clear action plans.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Experience working in a private equity backed company
- Proven experience working as a Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner within large transformation programmes
- The ability to translate strategic requirements into detailed financial configurations and workflows within enterprise tools
- Prior experience working with systems such as WAVE, Amplify and Shibumi
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- A strong analytical mindset
