We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a high profile retail organisation currently going through an exciting period of transformation. This hands-on role will play a key part in strengthening our direct sourcing capability, improving recruitment processes, maximising their ATS technology, and supporting hiring across multiple business functions and regions. This role will be an initial 6-month contract paying £300 p/d inside IR35.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead direct sourcing activity across multiple functions across EMEA, Oceania and South Pacific
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other talent platforms
- Review current recruitment processes and identify opportunities to improve
- Build strong relationships across HR, Marketing, Operations, Commercial and Legal teams
- Support the optimisation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules
Key Experience:
- Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience with proven direct sourcing experience
- Experience working within complex global environments
- Experience using SuccessFactors Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter and Hirevue
- Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous
