Interim HR Integration Lead – Day Rate (Outside IR35)
We're currently working alongside a leading private equity backed organisation in their search for an Interim HR Integration Lead. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis.
This person will play a key role in the integration team, bringing together two PE-backed businesses from a people perspective. Key responsibilities of the role include; Embedding a new target operating model for the HR function and get ready for the function ‘Day 1’. Implementing HR best practices and policies from each side of the business. Organisation design implementation, starting in the support functions and then to operational teams, which will involve some restructuring.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in businesses that have frontline workers (utilities, Retail, Facilities Management)
- Embedded new target operating models
- Led HR Integration work streams
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience carrying out Org Design work in an organisation going through a period of transformation.
