We're currently working with a leading PE-backed hospitality business in their search for an Interim Head of Payroll. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with two days per week in the Greater London office.
Our client is looking for this person to manage Payroll across the organisation, ensuring that payroll is delivered efficiently and effectively, managing complex bonus structures, hourly paid employees, and accruals.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have been responsible for delivering payroll in an operational business
- Have prior experience in a company with a large frontline workforce who are paid hourly
- Be experienced in managing complex bonus structures and changes in employees' pay
- Have exceptional stakeholder management and be able to face off to Finance
- Have prior experience with either Access or Dayforce as payroll systems
- Be available for an immediate start
