We're currently working alongside a leading Facilities Maintenance business in their search for an Interim Group Head of Org Design. The role will be carried out on a hybrid working structure and will run for an initial 6-12 month period. Our client is looking for this person to simplify the org structure within the business, leveraging prior experience in driving enterprise wide Org Design transformation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Deep enterprise wide OD experience
  • Prior experience working in businesses with large frontline workforces
  • Designed and implemented new org structures at an enterprise level, driving delivery.
