We're currently working alongside a leading Hospitality & Leisure business in their search for an Interim Business Analyst. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 2/3 days per week in the London office.

Our client is looking for this person to analyse systems across the business, including Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement etc, carry out 'as is' and 'to be' analysis, and then make recommendations on process improvement and how they can drive efficiency across the business by utilising their systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Broad business analysis experience across multiple systems, including HR, Finance, Sales
  • Experience facing off to senior stakeholders and making informed recommendations that will improve efficiency
  • A background working in Leisure / Hospitality / Entertainment (not essential)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
