We are hiring Associate Consultants to join our Executive Search team at both EquiTalent and Hansen Filler. These roles are suited to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in demanding environments and are motivated to build genuine commercial and business development capability.

The position will initially be research-focused, providing a structured grounding across markets, organisations, and senior leadership talent. This is a deliberate entry point and an essential foundation, prior to progressing into client facing business development roles.

Initial responsibilities

• Researching and mapping senior leadership markets/talent
• Supporting retained executive search assignments
• Engaging with senior candidates and developing market insight
• Building a strong understanding of sectors, clients, and ownership structures

Progression over time

• Contributing to winning and delivering search mandates
• Building relationships with private equity–backed and listed businesses
• Taking increasing ownership of assignments
