Responsibilities
- Support clients with wealth management needs and financial planning services.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training to develop client relationship management, product knowledge, market development, and communication skills.
- Engage in local and national development programs and joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience.
- Assist in navigating FINRA registration requirements and state licensing needs as part of a sponsored program.
Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing professional designations such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
- Willingness to engage in ongoing education and career development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Training and Development
