We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Sales & Marketing Director to drive student recruitment and brand growth for Equistar International College across key regional markets, with a strong focus on China and Asia. The successful candidate will lead regional sales and marketing initiatives, build partnerships with education agents, and enhance the college’s market presence to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to drive student enrolment growth
  • Identify and expand recruitment channels, including partnerships with education agents and institutions, particularly in China and Southeast Asia
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities targeting international students
  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and student demand to refine strategies
  • Organise and participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, and recruitment events (both locally and overseas)
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to align programmes with market needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry
  • Proven track record in student recruitment and achieving enrolment targets
  • Strong network with education agents, especially in China and/or regional markets
  • Experience managing regional markets and cross-border teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and international student recruitment strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in private education or international student recruitment
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s private education sector regulations
  • Existing network of recruitment agents and partners in China
