Equippingthekingdom is looking for a senior CRM leader who will report to the Senior eCommerce Director and own the regional CRM plan and the department’s function.
You will design, implement and optimise CRM across HOKA, UGG and TEVA, develop customer groups and journeys, define KPIs, manage the regional budget, build an agile in‑house CRM team, and communicate plans and benefits across the business.
