Equipped4life is seeking an organised administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team in delivering an efficient service for providers, Ofsted, and Young People in care aged 16-18 in semi-independent homes.
The role covers HR, payroll, health and safety, office management, and recruitment.
You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, hour logging, DBS checks, and maintain records across electronic systems. The position is hybrid with at least one day in the office.
