We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Sous Chef to support the delivery of high‑quality food services at RNAS Yeovilton. The Role
- Lead daily kitchen operations and support hospitality functions
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality meals to consistently high standards
- Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team
- Manage stock, ordering, food costs, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service
Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior chef position - Strong leadership and team development skills
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Experience within a high‑volume catering environment
- Passionate about food, service, and maintaining high standards
