Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a dedicated part-time Chef to support Defence food services with 30 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, oversee menus, and help drive improvements in our food offerings, brand image, and customer satisfaction.
You will lead a small team, ensure hygiene standards, manage inventories, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ and a Food Hygiene certificate are required.
