Overview
We are recruiting a friendly Receptionist to provide first-class reception service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.
This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors
- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide administrative support across a diverse range of areas
- Manage the ordering and distribution of office supplies
- Ensure the office area is neat and tidy
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent teamwork and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
- Reliable with exceptional timekeeping
