We're looking for an ambitious Head Chef in Reigate to take the reins of a fantastic food operation, with a salary of up to 45,000 for the right person. This is a role where you can stay hands-on with the food while stepping up your game commercially. You'll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, develop your team, work closely with the client and make a real impact on the operation.
What you'll be doing as a Head Chef:
- Lead, inspire and develop a great kitchen team.
- Create fresh, exciting food that people genuinely want to eat.
- Take ownership of the kitchen operation and keep standards sky-high.
- Build a brilliant relationship with the client.
- Keep on top of costs, stock, GP and budgets.
- Find creative ways to grow sales and improve the food offer.
- Develop your people and create a team that loves what they do.
- Be the face of the food operation and make the site your own.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality and service.
- B+I or contract catering experience is essential
- Passionate about food and commercially switched-on.
- A natural leader who brings people with you.
- Confident with clients and customers.
- Serious about delivering great food and an even better experience.
- Ready to take full ownership of your kitchen and operation.
