Lodestone House is seeking an enthusiastic Hub Sous Chef to join the catering team at Uppingham School. You will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations, preparing and presenting high-quality food at scale.
The role requires a hands-on approach in busy services, menu development input, and strict adherence to food safety, allergen controls, and HACCP. A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent with Food Hygiene is preferred.
