Gather and Gather Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Head of Kitchen to lead multi-site hospitality operations. You will oversee daily kitchen activity, ensure top quality food, hygiene, and HACCP compliance, and manage events up to 1500 covers.
You will coach a 10+ person kitchen team, monitor costs and stock, liaise with suppliers, and collaborate on menus, tastings, and bespoke events to delight clients and guests.
