We're searching for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team. You'll help craft exceptional dishes using the freshest ingredients, support the Head Chef in daily operations, and play a key role in leading a high‑performing kitchen. What You'll Do
- Support the Head Chef with menu planning, food prep, and smooth kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Take charge in the Head Chef's absence
- Ensure dishes meet customer and dietary expectations
