As Contract Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for the overall performance of the contract, with a clear focus on operational excellence, financial control and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end operational delivery across all three sites
- Spend the majority of your time embedded on site, supporting teams and clients
- Lead, develop and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across security, cleaning and catering
- Act as the key contact for clients, hosting monthly review meetings, producing reports and managing service performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L management, cost control and forecasting
- Ensure 100% statutory and contractual compliance, championing health, safety and governance at all times
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service development across all service lines
- Maintain a visible leadership presence, coaching and developing site managers and supervisors to strengthen succession and capability
- Maintaining consistently high service standards across security, cleaning and catering

Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience managing multiple sites within Facilities Management (Soft Services)
- Proven operational expertise across security, cleaning and catering
- A strong, evidence-based background in client relationship management
- Demonstrable experience managing P&L, budgets and financial reporting
- The ability to lead and develop teams within a blue-collar operational environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused leadership style with excellent stakeholder skills
- Flexibility to travel and work autonomously across multiple locations, SIA Non-Frontline Licence (held previously or currently, with ability to re-qualify)
- IOSH qualification desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexibly and remotely when required
