As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. This role includes shift patterns that are variable and part-time work (25 hours per week) with a major High Street brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious food to the highest standards
- Supervise our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
- Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
- Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure we continue to exceed expectations
- Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role
- Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
What we are looking for:
- Experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, capable of confidently overseeing all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis
- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have a minimum of two years of catering experience
- Have experience managing teams in a similar role
- Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
Contracted to 25 hours per week on a part-time basis. You will help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections across around 6,000 venues, supporting our people to deliver high standards of service.
