Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Deliver high-quality, seasonal food with strong attention to detail and presentation
- Maintain consistency across all hospitality and dining services
- Assist with menu development and daily food preparation
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
- Lead, motivate, and support junior team members
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service
- Adapt to varying business needs and hospitality demands with a positive and flexible attitude
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within high-end hospitality, fine dining, premium corporate dining, or members' club environments
- Passionate about food, service, and guest experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- A genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences
