- Prepare, cook and present food to a consistently high standard.
- Manage your designated section efficiently during preparation and service.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with company specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and assist with stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an efficient service.
- Contribute ideas to menu development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
- Experience in contract catering, retail catering, corporate hospitality or a high-volume kitchen is advantageous.
- Passionate about fresh food, quality ingredients and consistent presentation.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of food hygiene, allergen management and health and safety procedures.
- A positive attitude, team-player mentality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
