As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Working behind the scenes, you'll provide essential support to the wider team while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for service.
  • Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised, and safe.
  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as required.
  • Supporting chefs with deliveries, stock handling, and rotation.
  • Upholding strict hygiene, health, and food safety standards at all times.

Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.
