  • Manage the day-to-day food operation, delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and vending services.
  • Prepare and serve fresh food for a restaurant seating approximately 40 covers, with lunch volumes of 20-35 covers daily.
  • Lead and support a Catering Assistant, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front-of-house operations.
  • Oversee hospitality requests, ensuring food is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain stock control, ordering, food costs, and waste management within a compact kitchen environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.
  • Drive service standards, presentation, and customer satisfaction across all catering provisions.
  • Manage daily kitchen administration, including due diligence and compliance records.
