A Chef de Partie (CDP) at Wisley will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes consistently from their assigned section, maintaining strong attention to presentation and detail, and following recipe specifications and portion guidelines. You will help minimise waste, support correct stock rotation, complete FSMS documentation, and maintain cleanliness, allergen controls, and a safe, organised workstation. Using equipment safely and hygienically, you will also support the training and supervision of Commis Chefs and communicate effectively with the team during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role involves fostering a positive, collaborative, and respectful kitchen culture, supporting new team members, and ensuring the team is motivated, confident, and equipped to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience as a CDP or 2+ years' Demi-CDP experience
- Good cooking skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of FSMS and allergens
- Experience in high-volume operations
