We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our food and beverage operation in London. What you\’ll be doing: As Catering Manager, you\’ll take ownership of the day-to-day catering operation across our public café, retail outlets, and events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, training, and inspiring a passionate catering team
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the site
- Managing stock, rotas, and budgets to meet commercial targets
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
