We're seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at Addenbrooke's Hospital on a 6+ month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Supporting a large healthcare operation, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining HR records, and supporting managers with day-to-day workforce administration.,

  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including starters, contract changes, transfers, promotions and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview coordination, pre-employment checks and new starter inductions.
  • Monitor and report on absence management, probation reviews and mandatory training compliance.
  • Process payroll-related changes and liaise with payroll teams to resolve queries.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related enquiries from managers and colleagues.
  • Support employee relations processes through administration and meeting note-taking where required.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews and governance requirements., If you're an organised administrator who enjoys supporting people, building relationships and delivering outstanding administrative support in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you. Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Experience within healthcare, NHS or support services environments would be beneficial. Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge | Up to 28,500 DOE | 5 Days Per Week On-Site
