We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. As a Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Shift patterns will be variable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
  • Keeping the bar area clean
  • Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
