Great opportunity to join our Team on a 12 months fixed term contract as Mountain Outfitters Assistant! You will offer outstanding Rab and Lowe Alpine technical advice and support to customers at the Mountain Outfitters Factory Shop. Working with the Shop Manager and team, you will deliver outstanding levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Hours are 39 per week, Tuesday to Saturday, to include one late shift on Tuesdays from 12 noon to 8:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering questions and providing technical advice and support to customers on a wide range of products on the shop floor.
- Identify customer needs and interests and present products that potentially match these requirements.
- Cross selling customers into additional products that will work in conjunction with and enhance purchases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Effective stockroom management, ensuring efficient replenishment and stock control procedures.
- Help administer sales, product returns and warranties (exchange, credit).
- Liaison between customers and our Birchwood based Service Centre regarding repairs.
