Equip Outdoor Technologies seeks an IT Support Technician to join our IT team.

You will deliver first-rate customer service and technical support to internal users, aiding the maintenance and improvement of our software, hardware and business systems.

You’ll prioritise incidents, own helpdesk tickets, use sound judgement to resolve or elevate issues, and guide junior colleagues as needed, in close collaboration with the IT Team.
