Responsibilities
- Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and member engagement
- Responsible for ensuring the gym floor is clean and tidy
- Ensure equipment is in the correct place within the gym floor
- Hand out towels to members
- Interact with members with professional and focus on building rapport to provide an elevated experience
- Provide support to members by ensuring a safe environment and assist members where necessary
- Attend workshops as necessary
Qualifications
- Graduate of REPS L3 or equivalent
- Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Excellent people and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Passion for health and fitness
