Job Description
SoulCycle is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to contribute to the company\’s growth by managing the studio efficiently and leading the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for SoulCycle’s culture and brand, be interpersonal savvy with strong organizational skills, customer-focused, and able to creatively problem solve and adapt quickly. This role embodies integrity, confidence, and responsibility for the studio’s daily operations and success.

- Be knowledgeable of studio-specific and company-wide procedures and policies
- Adapt to new processes smoothly
- Create and maintain schedules for operational tasks

Organizing and Planning
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Create checklists and schedules for facility maintenance
- Plan for future projects
- Manage your schedule, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines
- Assist the Studio Manager in developing business plans to meet ridership and retail goals
- Implement company initiatives in the studio
- Develop retail sales strategies to grow retail business
- Collaborate with the retail team to identify growth opportunities
