We help customers get the right specification, check artwork files, coordinate/fulfil print projects and deliver reliably. We’re practical, organised and we take pride in making print straightforward for our clients and something they are proud of.

The Role: We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of customer jobs, from enquiry through to dispatch. This position is initially temporary, with payroll processed through our recruitment partner Rubicon and the view for the role to become permanent over time. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career with a strong local business, not a short-term stop gap. You’ll be office-based to ensure you learn our systems, processes and quality standards. This role offers a real opportunity to grow as Equinox expands.

What you’ll be doing as Equinox's Operations Coordinator:

  • Communicating with clients by email and phone, gathering files and information and providing clear updates
  • Checking artwork files (size, bleed, resolution, colour profile) escalating anything complex
  • Support with supplier communications: print-ready files, lead times, chasing proofs
  • Quality checking orders, supporting with packing, labelling and dispatch
  • Supporting with artwork design for client projects
  • Supporting with marketing activity for clients including social media support
  • Other ad hoc support: keeping CRM up-to-date, supporting with signage install, Equinox marketing

What we’re looking for in Equinox's Operations Coordinator:

  • High organisation with strong attention to detail skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients on email and phone
  • Calm under pressure, able to prioritise when it’s busy
  • Comfortable learning new systems and following checklists and processes
