We are growing once again and on the lookout for a new team member in Charter Sales. This is an opportunity to join a small, yet growing team working globally with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment, sports and corporate travel. We are looking for someone with a basis of aviation knowledge who is keen to learn and fits the demands of the industry – someone ambitious, flexible and who thrives under pressure.
About the Role
- Deliver bespoke charter solutions aligned with client requirements & budgets building long-term client relationships across music, entertainment, sport, and corporate sectors.
- Source aircraft and negotiate terms with operators.
- Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry through to contract signature, handover, and post-flight follow-up.
- Contribute to new business through proactive outreach, referrals, warm leads, and targeted industry networking.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline activity.
- Provide on-call sales and operational (flight following) support during busy periods, particularly during peak summer months.
- Represent Equinox Charter at industry events, trade shows and client functions.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in air charter brokerage, aviation sales, or a fast-paced commercial role within private aviation, travel, or logistics.
- Extremely ambitious, strong commercial mindset with proven success in lead generation, client management and deal conversion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with an understanding of excellent client management.
- Genuine passion for aviation and relationship-driven sales.
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries across global time zones in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
- Strong work ethic, due to being fully remote with a view to becoming a key team player.
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
