Air Charter Operations Executive (Full-Time / Shift-Based) – UK Remote

Equinox Charter is an ARGUS Certified private jet brokerage, trusted by clients across the music, entertainment, sport, and corporate sectors. We manage complex international flight operations 24/7, maintaining rigorous standards of safety, precision, and service.
We’re looking for a full-time Operations Executive to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Operations you\'ll play a vital role ensuring our charter flights run safely and seamlessly - coordinating with aircraft operators, FBOs, crews, and clients around the world. Following a structured shift pattern according to the demands of our charters, the role will inlcude night and weekend work, and suits someone who thrives in an exciting, fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage charter flight operations from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate charters with operators, flight crews, FBOs, and clients across multiple time zones.
- Conduct pre-flight checks (weather, NOTAMs, permits & handling).
- Monitor live flights and manage schedule adjustments in real time.
- Arrange additional services such as catering, ground transport, and accommodation.
- Maintain accurate records in our flight management system.
- Ensure charter compliance and safety standards are upheld.
- Assist our Sales Team with buisness development & inbound enquiries particularly out of hours.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years experience minimum in aviation operations or flight dispatch, ideally within business aviation, airline operations control, or flight support services.
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel when required
- Right to work in the UK or EU
- Solid understanding of operational procedures, flight planning, and regulatory processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently during night and weekend shifts.
- Calm, methodical decision-making under pressure.
- Familiarity with aviation or dispatch systems.
- A genuine passion for aviation!
