Role: Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of marine and land-based logistics operations related to Service Operation Vessel (SOV) port calls. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the O&M base and associated logistics functions, including warehouse management, cargo handling, inventory, and contractor interface.
Key tasks
- Coordinate and manage port call logistics for SOVs, including berth planning, marine services, vessel clearance, and cargo handling activities.
- Liaise with port authorities, stevedores, shipping agents, and vessel crews to ensure safe, timely, and efficient operations.
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and support base maintenance activities.
- Manage the full logistics flow from delivery to dispatch, including storage, inventory control, and handling of dangerous goods and waste (training provided as required).
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation requirements, and maritime security protocols.
- Support the execution of marine and logistics service contracts, including performance monitoring and KPI reporting.
- Assist with the Operations & Maintenance base infrastructure and coordination of internal and third-party contractors.
- Act as Deputy Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) when required, ensuring compliance with ISPS Code requirements.
- Provide on-site support during SOV port calls and oversee marine operations in line with safety and operational procedures.
- Assist the MLF Leader in budget tracking and operational planning for logistics and facility functions.

- Warehouse and materials management experience.
- IMDG training.
- Experienced in leading a small team.
- Relevant experience from similar operations in either renewables or Oil & Gas logistics.
- Knowledge of applicable authority requirements for customs clearance process.
- Knowledge of offshore renewables processes and operations.
- Result oriented towards safety, efficiency and sustainability.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
